【摘要】 大剂量静脉输注免疫球蛋白（IVIg）治疗特发性血小板减少性紫癜（ITP）20例，15天之内100％病例血小板升至5×1010／L以上．70％病例血小板升至1×1011／L以上，与激素治疗组相比，具有血小板升速快，幅度大的优点。经激素治疗无效的患者，用大剂量IVIg治疗亦有效，使用中未发现毒副作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 20 cases of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) were treated with in-travenous Ig (IVIg) in high dosage. Within 15 days, the platelet amounts of all case increasedup to ＞5 × 1010/L, and 70% of them increased up to＞1×1011/L. Compared with thosetreated with hormone, the platelet amounts of the patients treated with IVIg increased at ahigher speed and to a higher extent. The IVIg was demonstrated to be effective in the caseswho failed to respond to hormone, and no side effect was found during the administration.更多还原
