【Abstract】 EPO dependent cell strains cultured in EPO concentration gradient for 72hours were continuously culttired for 5 hours after MTT were added. The MTT metabolicproducts were separated by centrifugation and dissolved by organic solvents, then detectedbyspectrophotometry. Dose-effect graph was made by plotting EPO concetration against ODvalue. and used for the quantitative determination of the biological activity of EPO.
