【摘要】 以水疱性口炎病毒（VSV）为指示病毒，验证S／D法处理对凝血因子Ⅷ、纤维蛋白原和凝血酶原复合物三种血液制品的病毒灭活效果。结果该法对三种制品中的VSV灭活能力分别为5．13、5．38和3．25LogTCID50／0．1ml以上（均为可检测限）。表明S／D方法对VSV等脂包膜病毒可起到有效的灭活作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The inactivation effect of virus in 3 kinds of blood products(coagulation fac-tor Ⅷ, fibrinogen and prothrombin complex) by S/D method was verified using vesicularstcmatitis vireus as indictor. It was found that the inactivation effects were over 5. 13,5. 38and 3. 25Log TCID50/0. 1ml of VSV(all were detectable limit) in the above-mentioned bloodproducts respectively.
