【Abstract】 HSV-1 and Japanese encephalitis virus using as indicators were added inblood coagulation factors (antihemophilic factorⅧ, prothrombin and fibrinogen) and inactivat-ed by Horowitz’s solvent/detergent (S/D) method. The result proved that S/D method wassignificantly effective and feasible in the inactivation of lipid-enveloped viruses in labile plas-ma piotein derivatives.更多还原
