【Abstract】 54 specimens of syphilis and 200 specimens of nonsyphilis serum were detected with the reagin screening test antigen prepared by authors, using RPR and TRUST antigen as control. The result proved that RST antigen showed good specificity and sensitivity,and the RST reaction pattern was superior to TRUST and RPR antigens.更多还原
