正常成年猫多导程视觉诱发电位研究

【摘要】 用平面均匀闪光和棋盘格图形翻转刺激,研究了17只正常猫的多导程视觉诱发电位(VEPs),主要结果为:1.图形刺激引起的P-VEP波形为两个正相成份(P1和P2)夹着一个负相成份(N1)组成“W”型的波复合;而平面均匀闪光引起的F-VEP则为两个负相成分(N1和N1)成分夹着一个正相成分(P1)构成“M”型的波复合.这两种VEP均表现出明显的双眼总和现象,而且P-VEP的总和率大于F-VEP的。2.P-VEP在头颅表面的分布是左右对称的,以在枕中线部位电极记录到的电位最大,距离中线越远,其电位越小。而F-VEP则在中线的电位最小,而两侧电极记录到的电位反而更高,分布也是左右对称的。3.随刺激的空间频率增加,P-VEP的峰潜伏期逐渐延长;振幅则以0.1c/deg的刺激所引起的为最高,然后随刺激空间频率的升高而下降。4.以半视野图形进行刺激,各导程的P-VEP仍为“W”型,但振幅则明显低于全视野刺激,并且当鼻侧视网膜受刺激时,其反应均大于颞侧受刺激。

【Abstract】 Multi-channel P-VEPs and F-VEPs were studied in 17 adult Cats. Thefollowing adults were obtained:1. The P-VEP wave complex consists of triple positive, negahve, and positive components (W-type). The F-VEP wave complex elied by plane homogenoous flash also containS three component, but the sequence is negatiVe-positive - negahve (M-type). Both typesof VEP showed clearly .binocular stnnmation.2. The P-VEPs obtained from different channels were symmetrically distributed on twosides of the scalp. The maxial amplitude was recorded from the midline chalmel and theamplitudes fell off symmetrically on both sides of the head. However, the amplitude ofF-VEP rmuled from the brine channel was minimum and those recorded from bilanteralchannels were larger as Well as symmetrical.3. When the spatial fequency (SF) of the cheCkboard was inrmed, the peak haplidtthe was delayed. The amplitude of the P-VEP was the highest at the 0.1c/deg SF and thendaised with increasing SF of stimulation.4. The P-VEP COmplexeS from different channels remained W-type, when the half fieldstimulation was used. In companion with the whole field stimulation, the amplitude was muchsmallers. The asponses elied with the striation of nasal retina were larger than those elicital with the stimulation of temporal retina.
