【Abstract】 FDP has been extensively used in treating cardiovascular diease. In this paper wescreened FDP producting strains and we also studied the optimal in cubation conditions. Agony the strains tested, the best one was strain HYZ whose enzyme activity was about160mg FDP/g wet cells. The optimal incubation conditions were malt extract medium 12Brix, PH6. 0-6. 5, cultural tdemperature 28℃ and the yield of strains wus bout 7%.更多还原
