【Abstract】 The effect of PBDC on promoting T lymphocyte proliferation stimulated by PHA in vitro was investigated by MTT method in this report. With the stimulation of 50μg/ml PHA, T cell proliferative rate was evidently enhanced by an increase in PBDC concentration. Simultaneously IL-1 activity in supernatant was also elevated. This might be involved in the mechanisms of PBDC in promoting T lymphocyte proliferation.更多还原
