冠状动脉上肾上腺素能受体的再认识
Recognition of Adrenoceptor on Coronary Artery
【摘要】 本文利用生物检定法通过对儿茶酚胺类递质:去甲肾上腺素(NE),肾上腺素(E),异丙肾上腺素(ISO)和多巴胺(DA)对猪冠状动脉螺旋条作用的观察,得出以上递质均可以不同程度的引起冠脉大支螺旋条舒张,该作用可被β受体拮抗剂普萘洛尔(心得安)所翻转,说明在猪冠脉上,特别是输送支,β2肾上腺素能受体占明显优势,α受体则很少。经典理论认为在冠脉大支上,以α受体占优,NE可致冠脉收缩,甚至痉挛,本结果与此有明显不同,提示人们是否需要对冠脉上肾上腺素能受体的分布及儿茶酚胺类递质的作用重新认识。
【Abstract】 Bioassay was used to study the effects of catecholamine,e.g:norepinephrine(NE),epinephrine(E),isoproterenol(ISO) and dopamine(DA)on spiral strips of porcine coronary artery.It showed that these drugs vasodilated the strips in various extent,and the actions were antagonized by propranolol.The results indicated that β2-adrenoceptor is in more predominace on porcine coronary artery,but in less for α-adrenoceptor.Classic theory is that α-receptor is in predominace on conductance branches of coronary artery,and NE induced contraction of cononary,even spasm. The experiment results were not agree to it remarkably,It suggests that recognition of adrenoceptor on coronary artery and the effect of catecholamine are necessary.
