【摘要】 本文报道了大面积手术削痂配合MEBO治疗烧伤并发败血症30例，施术于败血症发生后1天内，以滚轴式取皮刀对Ⅲ°浅型创面的坏死组织层大部削除，外敷MEBO纱布，无菌敷料包扎，Ⅲ°深型坏死组织层彻底剔除，外敷人工皮包扎。痊愈16例，死亡14例。本组一次削痂面积平均27．6±2．48％，对于明确创面为感染病灶的病例施术是有效的，而且是一种急救性治疗方法，但不能代管其他处理措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper reports 30 cases of burn septicemiatreated with large area escharotomy and MEBO. Op-eration was performed in a day post septicemia.Necrotic tissue of superficial third degree burn woundwas cut away using roller dermatome and coveredwith MEBO gauze, bandaged with sterile dressing.Necrotic tissue of deep third degree burn wound wascut away and covered with artificial skin. 16 casescured and 14 died. The mean excised area was 27. 6±2. 48%BSA. For patients with burn wound infected,the operation proved to be very effective. Other nec-essary treating measures should also be adopted toensure a good result.更多还原
