山梨酸合成技术初探
Research on the Synthesis of Sorbic Acid
【摘要】 本文初步探讨了在吡啶作溶剂，Ｂａ（ＯＨ）２·８Ｈ２Ｏ作催化剂的条件下采用巴豆醛一两酮缩合法制备山梨酸的工艺过程，所得产品质量好，收率达５２％。
【Abstract】 The method of preparing sorbic acid from crotonaldhyede- acetone is researched with barium hydroxide as a catalyst in pyridine,and the process has resulted in good quality products and high yield (52 % ).
