【Abstract】 ore than 60 references were reviewed on peak purity control in chromatography.Some instrumentalmethods,e.g.normalizing and comparing spectra,absorbance ratio method,spectral suppression,deriva-tive spectroscopy and so on,are introduced.Several new methods using chemometrical techniques,e.g.principal component analysis and evolving factor analysis,are also described.更多还原
