【摘要】 国家食品检测中心1991年以来对北京市百种汽水进行抽查,结果表明,54%的汽水因含气量不足被列为不合格产品。作者根据现场调查分析,认为含气量不足的主要原因是汽水生产过程中制冷系统使用不当,致使汽水降温不足,不能溶入足够量的二氧化碳气体。就上述问题,作者有针对性地提出一些解决降温不足的具体办法。更多还原

【Abstract】 54 % of soft drinks were not qualified products due to the lower CO2 solubility according to the testing results provided by China National Food Test Center for about 100 sorts of soft drinks for this spot check. The main reason for the lower CO2 solubility was improperly refrigerating lower temperature. Some suggestions were given.更多还原
