【摘要】 在治疗中下面部畸形的３２例中，上颌骨后缩纠正９例，下颌骨后缩纠正１５例，下颌过长、过突、歪斜８例；其中以截骨纠正１５例，其它为衬垫物植入纠正。作者认为只要咬错位不严重，可应用特制的硅橡胶支架作衬垫，这既纠正了畸形，又安全方便，痛苦少。更多还原

【Abstract】 Correction of middle and lower face deformities in 32 cases were reported.Retroplaccdmaxilla or mandible were 9 and 15 cases respectively,chin overlength,over protrusion or obliquity 8cases,in which corrective osteotomy were done in 15 cases,other deformities were corrected with en-graved silicon frame.
