【Abstract】 cases of rhytidoplasty under SMAS seperation were reported. The method andattentison points of operation were mainly introduced.Resecting galea aponeurotica partly can preventthe recurrence of frontal part wrinkles. The flab by neck skin can be corrected and tighted moreeffectively after liposuction by syringe under direct vision.
