【Abstract】 The framework for the user interface of Object-Oriented (OO) applications is a generic user interface that combines the advantages of OO with those of Graphic User interfaee (GUI). The developer of user interfaee can obtain a user interface suitable for various applications by parameterizing classified operations. To the user, this user interface possesses the look-and-feel of GUI and operational easiness of OO. The quality of "What You See is What You Get" (WYSIWYG) and that of hypertext-like navigation render it easy to learn and use.
