Mo对燃烧合成非化学计量碳化钛基金属陶瓷的影响
The Effects of Mo on Combustion Synthesized Nonstoichiometric Titanium Carbide Base Cermet
【摘要】 对Mo对燃烧合成非化学计量碳化钛基金属陶瓷的组织和性能进行了研究,结果表明:当CVT(原子比)为0.45时,反应物中添加Mo使烧烧合成金属陶瓷的粘结相由六方结构的α-Ti逐渐转变为体心立方结构的β—Ti;Mo在碳化钛晶粒和晶间粘结相内都有分布,碳化物晶粒细化;金属陶瓷的抗弯强度和红硬性提高,室温硬度降低。
【Abstract】 The effects of Mo on combustion synthesized nonstoichiometric titanium carbide base cermets were studied.The results show that when C/Ti(atom ratio)is 0. 45,addition of Mo in reactants change tile phase structure of binding titanium fron α-Ti(hcp)to β-Ti(bcc),Mo is distributed in either of titanium carbide grains and binding titanium in grain boundary,and made carbide grain size decreased, bending strength and hot hardness of cermets increased.
