淬火和回火温度对4Cr5MoSiV1钢热疲劳性能的影响
Effects of Quenching Temperature and Tempeing Temperature on the Thermal Fatigue of 4Cr5MoSiV1 Steel
【摘要】 研究了淬火和回火温度对4Cr5MoSiV1钢热疲劳抗力的影响,探讨了热疲劳抗力与高温强韧性之间的联系。结果表明:淬火温度从1000℃提高到1100℃,热疲劳抗力单调增加;淬火温度一定时,存在一个热疲劳抗力最佳的回火温度;1100℃淬火+620℃回火具有高的热疲劳抗力。
【Abstract】 This paper deals with the effects of austenitizing temperature and tempering temperature on the thermal fatigue resistance of 4Cr5MoSiV1 steel.The relationships is discussed,between the thermal fatigue Tesistance and strength, plasticity as well as toughness at high temperature.The results show that with the austenitizing temperature rising from 1000℃ to 1100℃, the thermal fatigue resistance increases gradually.Then at a given austenitizing temperature,there exists an optimum tempering temperature which results in high thermal fatigue resistance.And the highest thermal fatigue resistance can he obtained when quenching at 1100℃ and tempering at 620℃.
