铝合金化学沉积镍磷合金表面强化的探讨
Study on Chemical Deposition Ni-P on Aluminium Alloy Surface Strengthening
【摘要】 研究了在铝合金表面化学沉积镍磷合金的工艺条件,时效温度和时间对镀层晶态转变、硬度与基体结合力等方面的影响。结果表明:化学沉积镍磷合金后,铝合金的表面硬度、耐磨性、耐蚀性都大幅度提高。
【Abstract】 The technique of Ni-P chemical deposition on aluminium alloy surface is studied,and the influencesof technical conditions,aging temperature and aging time of the technique on the crystallization and hardness of coatedlayer and the bond between matrix and coated layer are investigated. The results show that the surface hardness,wear-resistance and corrosion resistance of the aluminium are obviously improved by means of the Ni-P alloy chemicaldeposition.
