加弧辉光离子渗金属工艺绕射性及其研究
Study on Property of Alloying on Non-Line-of Sight Surface of Glow-Discharge Ion Surface Alloying with Arc Sources
【摘要】 通过对10钢加弧辉光离子渗铝、渗钛试样的测定,定义试样背面渗层厚度Db.与正面渗层厚度Df的比值R=Db/Df为绕射性的定量表示,研究了工件负偏压、工作气压、靶一工件间距及处理时间对绕射性的影响
【Abstract】 Measuring 10# carbon steel samples by aluminizing and titanning using glow-discharge ion with arc sources and defining ratioR=Db/Df (DbandDfis respectively the depth of alloyed alyer of sample back and front surface) as the quantitative representation of the property of alloying on non - line-of-sight surfice, the effects of negative bias voltage,pressuTe,distance between target and sample and treating time on this property were studied.
