蝮蛇毒精氨酸酯酶的分离
Study on Isolation of Arginine Esterase from Snake Venom
【摘要】 本文研究利用分子筛 DEAE-Sephadex A-50葡聚糖凝胶装柱,用 pH7.6 THAM-HCl-Na-Cl混合缓冲液作洗脱液,控制洗脱速度为100h的8滴/min,100~200h 之间为20滴/min,200h 后为10滴/min,选择在适当时间内收集分离液(70 h,90 h,120 h,160 h,200 h,240h)以分离获得高收率高活性的精氨酸酯酶。
【Abstract】 It is reported in this paper that the arginine esterase has been isolated from snake venom of Agkistrodur Sltataoeasis (Zlien) or Agkistrodar Halys(Pallas) on DEAE-sephadex A-50. We controled the e-lution speed at 8 drops/min before 100 h, 20 drops/mm between 100-200 h, 100 drops/min after 200 h. At appropriate times, we collected the elution solution(70 h,90 h, 120 h,160 h, 200 h, 240 h) to separate it and obtained a high yield and high active arginine esterase to apply it in pharmaceutical producing.
