【Abstract】 The genes for proline iminopeptidase of Flatvobacterium menigoseptieum were snbcloned in E coli XLi-blu with Bluscript II SK(-) as a vector. Through analyzing the physical map of chimeric plasmid pFIP-6 and detection results, the pFIP-6 gene is located in 2.4kb fragment(Hind III, pst I). The enzyme activity of pFIP-6 in the cloned strains was also assayed. And it indicated the expression level of pFIP-6 gene is 60 times as high as that of pFIP-1.更多还原
