新疆戊型肝炎的分子流行病学
Molecular-Epidemiology of Hepatitis E in Xinjiang,China
【摘要】 本文研究了新疆东部和南部流行的ＨＥＶ的基因组组核苷酸和氨基酸序列，并同缅甸流行的ＨＥＶ进行了分析比较。提示新疆存在独立基因型的可能。新疆不同地区不同时期流行ＨＥＶ的基因序列差异，应深入研究其临床和流行病学意义。
【Abstract】 In this paper, we made a comparison of genomes between three strains of HEV form the Eastern Xinjiang, Southern Xinjiang and Burmese respectively and a analysis on molecularepidemiology.
