【Abstract】 The blood glucose in rats were reduced by 30% at 30 min after nasal administration when Tween -80 and Span -80 were added to insulin spray (insuin 3. 2U/50ul, 50ul/rat ),and the nadir decrease rate was 45% at 60 min. On addition of GAHS-Na (glucyrrhetinic acid hydrogen succinate disodium) .the blood glucose were reduced by 38% at 30 min ,the nadir decrease rate was 51% at 60 min ,it was more effective , but caused no significant differences .更多还原
