【Abstract】 The newly developed technique ofretroviral-mediated gene transfer(RMGT )which mainly involves the transfecting effi-ciency and safety aspects of RMGT were dis-cussed.And the characteristics and effects ofsome exogenous genes which could be used tomodify the immunogenicity of tumor cellswere also classified and presented.Finally,the problems existed both in RMGT and inthe preparation of genetically-engineered tu-mor cell vaccine were analysed.更多还原
