多效唑、青霉素对爆裂型玉米萌发出苗及幼苗生长的影响
EFFECT OF PP333 AND PENICILLIN ON SEED GERMINATION AND SEEDLING GROWTH IN POP CORN
【摘要】 多效唑对爆裂型玉米(沪爆1号)萌发出苗率影响较大。用浓度增大,萌发出苗率显著下降;50~100mg/L浸种处理可显著提高幼苗根系长度、根冠比及α-淀粉酶和α+β淀粉酶活性。对过氧化物酶活性有显著抑制作用。100~300mg/L青霉素浸种处理对爆裂型玉米前发出苗率、根系生长等有一定的促进作用;并可显著提高α-淀粉酸及α+β-淀粉酶活性,但对过氧化物酶活性无显著影响.
【Abstract】 in this test,soaking seed by PP333 at 50~100ppm significantly lengthened root.increased roottop ratio,promoted α-amylase and α+β-amylase activity and inhibited peroxidase activity. Soaking seed by 100~300ppm penicillin promoted root growth,increased α-amylase and α+β- amylase activity,butnot having significant effect on peroxidase activity.
