【摘要】 稳定分泌抗ＩＢＤＶ单克隆抗体的杂交瘤细胞（Ｉ—４—３），培养于５ＬＣｅｌｌｉｇｅｎ中，接种浓度不少于２ｘ１０９／Ｌ，杂交瘤细胞在Ｃｅｌｌｉｇｅｎ中生长，随着细胞数浓度的变化，其生物学和动力学参数发生相应的变化，杂交瘤细胞在ＰＨ７．１８、ＤＯ５０、５０～７０ｒ／ｍｉｎ及葡萄糖浓度为２．５ｇ／Ｌ下生长良好。每天可收集３Ｌ的单抗，结合抗体定量试验，测得具有生物学特性的抗体含量为３００ｍｇ／Ｌ以上。研究结果表明５ＬＣｅｌｌｉｇｅｎ可用于杂交瘤细胞在体外大规模生产单克隆抗体。更多还原

【Abstract】 Hybridoma cell (I-3-4) which could Stable secrete monclonal antibody to IBDV was cultured in SL celligen where the cell density was more than 2x109/L. The kinetic and biological parameters also changed with the change of the cell density. The hybridoma cell grew well at PH 7. 18,DO 50, 50￣70r/min when the concentration of glucose in culture medium is 2. 5g/L, 3L/day McAb with its concentration of 300mg/L,could be collected.
