【摘要】 本文以生殖内分泌－免疫调节网络为出发点，研究发现更年期综合征的发生可能由于雌激素水平过低，造成免疫细胞不能产生足够量的ＩＬ－２活性引起。此后应用以补肾为主的中药复方治疗更年期综合征患者，临床症状均获明显改善；同时伴有雌激素水平回升接近正常更年期妇女水平。ＣＤ３＋、ＣＤ４＋及ＣＤ４＋／ＣＤ８＋细胞恢复至正常生育期妇女水平，ＩＬ－２活性恢复并超过正常更年期妇女水平。结果表明中药复方对更年期综合证妇女紊乱的生殖内分泌－免疫网络有良性调节作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 On the basis of reproductive endocrine-immune regulation network,we foundthat progression of menapause syndrome was due to reduction of estrogen and insufficient activities of IL-2.The clinical symptoms of patients got significantly improved after having treated by Chinese Herbs Prescriptions composed chiefly of tonifying the Kidney.Meantime,the levels of estrogen of sera recovered close to thatof normal climacteric women,while ratios of CD3+cells,CD4+ cells and CD4+/CD8+recovered to those of normal fertile women,and IL-2 activity elevated beyond that ofnormal climacteric women. It was shown that the Chinese Medicines were able to regulate beneficially the imbalanced reproductive endocrine-immune network.更多还原
