【Abstract】 strains of Flammulina velutipes were collected extensively at home and abroad.Some superior selected strains for deep fermentation were obtained by shake flask culture selection.Meanwhile,the growth curves of mycelia were established, and the nutrients in mycelia were analysed.We consider that the strain FV8812 is a superior strain with good quality and high output and so highly valuable for industrialized deep fermentation production.It should be further developed and utilized.更多还原
