变形链球菌Ⅰ型Mutans表面蛋白P1的粘附作用

【摘要】 对变形链球自I型S.mutansMT,R(血清型C)菌株表面蛋白P1分离、纯化、鉴定,经131Ⅰ标记后,研究其对无龋成人腮腺唾液膜的粘附性,共观察22例。结果显示,蛋白P1能直接粘附于唾液膜,在唾液膜上的粘附量显著大于牛血清白蛋白膜和缓冲液处理的羟磷灰石组(P<0.01),提示蛋白P1可能是变形使球菌遗传Ⅰ型、血清C型的重要粘附素之一。

【Abstract】 In this study , the surface protein P1 of Streptococcus mutans MT6R (serotype C) was extracted from the culture supernants , purified by PAGE, identified by the standard antisera and labelled by with 131I. The adherence of 131 Iprotein P1 (131I - P1 ) to the saliva-coated hydroxyaptite (S-HA)of the CF(caries-free , 22 ,DFS= 0)were studied. The adhesion of 131I-P1 to the S-HA promoted to a greater extent than that to the HA treated with buffer and bovine serum albumin (P < 0. 01 ). This result suggested that protein P1 may be one of the important adhesins of S. mutans.
