Cu含量对铸造不锈钢的组织及其腐蚀行为的影响
THE INFLUENE OF COPPER CONTENT TO THE MICROSTRUCTURE AND CORROSION BEHAVIOR OF CAST STAINLESS STEEL
【摘要】 采用现代检测手段和多种腐蚀试验方法研究了含Cu为2.0%的00Cr-20Ni25Mo5钢的析出相种类、成分结构、形貌、分布及其腐蚀行为。结果表明,该钢种经1150℃固溶处理可得到单相奥氏体组织,并具有优良的均匀腐蚀、晶间腐蚀、点蚀和电化学腐蚀性能。
【Abstract】 A combination of opticai microscope,X-ray diffraction-spectrum, TEM,EMPA and several kinds of corrosion test methods is used to investigate the kind, composition, structure, morphology, distribution of precipitated phase and its corrosion behavior in 00Cr20Ni25Mo5 Steel with 2.0% Cu. Experimental results show that some single phase of austenites in the steel can be gained by solid solution treatment at 1150℃, and the steel possesses good properties of even corrosion, intergranular corrosion, pitting corrosion and electrochemical corrosion.
