高强奥氏体不锈钢丝的研究
A STUDY ON THE AUSTENITIC STAINLESS STEEL WIRE WITH HIGH STRENGTH
【摘要】 为获得高强奥氏体不锈钢丝,进行了18-8型不锈钢的成分和生产工艺的优化试验,讨论了钢的成分、冷变形、低温退大对抗拉强度的影响,得出获取抗拉强度超过2230MPa高强钢丝的最佳工艺。
【Abstract】 1B-8 austenitic stainless steel with tensile strength >2230 MPa can be obtainedby optimizing production process and adjusting its composition. The effects of the composition,tbe cold deformation value and the low-temperature anneallng treatment on the tensile strengthof the steel are discussed.
