Fe-Al-Cr合金低Hc机制的穆斯堡尔研究
MOESSBAUER STUDY ON THE MECHANISM OF LOW COERCIVITY IN Fe-Al-Cr ALLOY
【摘要】 为了探讨15%Al-2%Cr-Fe合金的低Hc机制,在穆斯堡尔谱仪上测量了透射的穆谱。表明该合金中有无DO3有序相对性能有很大的影响,采用合适的热处理工艺可避免DO3有序相的出现,而Cr的加入更有利于无DO3有序态的形成,故能获得低的Hc。
【Abstract】 The mechanism responsible for low Hc in 15%Al-2%Cr-Fe alloy was investigated by Moessbauer spectroscopy. Results shotv that the coercivity is much effected by the DO3 type order phase in the alloy and apperance of the DO3 order phase can be avoided by proper heat treatment.Adding of a small amount of Cr is preferable to the alloy without formating DO3 phase.
