铝锂合金的超塑性m-δ曲钱与CL方程式的应用
Superplastic m-δ Curves of Al-Li Alloy and Application of CL Equation
【摘要】 在不同的条件下,对2091Al-Li合金的超塑性总延伸率δF和m-δ曲线进行了测定。测到的总延伸率δF为407%。m-δ曲线属mL=mmax型。分别呈基本形式、上升式及下降式三种形式。应用CL(刘勤)方程式进行计算之后,荻得了有关各式曲线的全部特征参救。证实了作为一条m-δ曲线或一种超塑性流动过程的特征参数之一的总延伸率δF,由该曲线或超塑性流动过程的其余特征参数所决定。对有关显微组织的交化进行了初步研究。
【Abstract】 The superplastic total elongation, δF of 2091 A1-Li alloy and its m-δ curves have been determined under different conditions. The highest δF determined is about 407% and the m-δ curves are all of the fundamental,the ascending and the descending types with mL=m(max)To them,the CL equation has been applied. The parameters characteristic of all types of curves have been obtained. It has been proyed that the total elocution, δF, as one of the parameters characteristic of a m-δ curve or a saperplastic flow process is determined by the resultant effects of all other parameters characteristic of that curve or superplastic flow process.The related microscopic changes have been preliminarily studied.
