Ni-P-SiC化学复合镀层的电镀金刚石钻头的研究
Study on the Electroplated Diamond Bits with Ni-p-SiC Composite Coating
【摘要】 重点介绍了在电镀金刚石环型钻头表面进行化学复合镀Ni-P-SiC层的一般工艺过程,并对由该种方法制造的钻头进行了钻削试验和分析,提出了有关该类钻头在制造中几点值得注意的问题;表明适当地镀复Ni-P-SiC层可以提高该钻头的使用寿命.
【Abstract】 The general process of coating Ni-p-SiC on electroplated diamond corebits is introduced,and the drilling test and the relevent analysis are performed for the coatedbits.The results show that the coating with Ni-P-SiC properly can raise the life expectancy.This paper also points out some problems that are worth notice in the manufacture of thecom posite coating bits.
