【摘要】 以醋糟为原料进行了平菇栽培试验，筛选出合适的平菇菌种并对菌糠成份作了初步分析。结果表明：利用醋糟代替棉籽壳栽培平菇并进行深层次的利用是可行的。其适宜的平菇菌种为Ｆ＿３、ＰＬ－３１、Ｒ－３７８，相应的生物学效率为９１．６％、８８．６％、７６．６％。菌糠中含粗蛋白、灰分、磷、钙等有效成份。更多还原

【Abstract】 Pleurotus ostreatus is cuItured with vinegar chaff,proper pleurotus ostreatusspieces are chosen and the composition of their husks are primarily analysed.The results of thetest indicate that it is plausible for Pleurotus ostreatus to be cultured with vinegar chaff instead ofcotton-seed shell,and this can be further used.Its proper spieces are separately F₃,PL-31,R-378 Their relevant biology efficiences are separately 91.6%,88.6%,and 76.6%。The effi-cient compositions of their husks are very high,including rough protein,minerals such as P andC3,etc.更多还原
