脂蛋白原预防动脉粥样硬化的实验研究──Ⅰ.脂蛋白原接种对动脉粥样硬化免疫系统影响的实验研究

【摘要】 为研究脂蛋白原接种阻断As的免疫病理机理,将42只新生乳兔随机分为对照组(Ⅰ)和2个实验组(Ⅱ、Ⅲ)。Ⅱ、Ⅲ组于生后12h内及第7、15天分别向腹腔注射分离纯化的VLDL0.5mg/只、1.0mg/只。18周开始喂高胆固醇饲科。第17、30、40周检测总补体(TC),血清免疫复合物(CIC),体外吞菌百分数(SP)和杀菌率(KBR)。结果表明,17周时Ⅱ、Ⅲ组TC明显高于Ⅰ组,30周时TC仍明显高于Ⅰ组;CIC显著低于Ⅰ组。40周时Ⅱ、Ⅲ组SP,KBR显著低于Ⅰ组。提示生命早期接种脂蛋白原能够阻断As的免疫病理过程。

【Abstract】 Forty-two neonate NZW rabbits were randomly allocated into three groups i.e. control group Ⅰ and two experimental groups Ⅱ,Ⅲ .Groups Ⅱ, Ⅲ were injected with isolated and purified VLDL 0.5mg/individual 1.0mg/individual respectively in their abdomens within 12 hours after they were born, strengthened with the same dose at 7th ac well as 15th day. Since 18th week from bearing all of the rabbits were given high cholesterol diet.TC, CIC, SP, KBR were detected at 17, 30 and 40 weeks respectively. The result indicated that TC in groups Ⅱ, Ⅲ were much higher than that in group Ⅰ at 17 weeks. At 30 weeks, TC in groupz Ⅱ, Ⅲ were progressively higher than that in group Ⅰ,but the level of CIC were lower than group Ⅰ. At 40 weeks, SP, KBR were significantly lower than that in group Ⅰ. This study discovered that the inoculation with prepared VLDL in the early life stage had remarkable influence on the immune system. It has the inhibitory effect. on the atherosclerosis of aorta, however its mechanism needs to be studied deeply in further.
