垂体后叶素对小鼠QRS波群功率谱和高频成分的影响

【摘要】 本文研究了垂体后叶素(Pit)对小鼠高频心电图(HF-ECG)Ⅱ导联QRS波群功率谱和高频成分(切迹,扭挫)的影响。结果说明,腹腔注射Pit20min后,0-80Hz频段的相对能量较注Pit前增加了39.7%(P<0.01);80-200Hz频段的相对能量降低了14.8%(P<0.05);200-300Hz频段的相对能量降低了68.9%(P<0.01);300-1000Hz频段的相对能量降低了71.4%(P<0.05)。高频切迹和扭挫数无变化。这些结果提示,心肌缺血后,高频相对能量降低。功率谱的变化较之切迹和扭挫的变化更敏感,是衡量心肌电生理机能变化的一项灵敏指标。

【Abstract】 The effects of pituitrin(pit )on the power spectrum and high-frequen-cy components of QRS complex of lead Ⅱ were studied in Kunming mice. The relative power of each frequency range and the numbers of notches and slurs after pit 20 min were compared with before pit. The results(n=12)indicated that 0-80 Hz increased 39.7%(p<0. 01);80-200Hz reduced 14.8%(p<0. 05);200-300 Hz reduced 68.9%(p<0. 01);300-1000Hz redticed 71.4%(p<0. 05);the numbers of notches and slurs were not changed.These results showed the change of power spectrum is more sensitive than thechange of notches and slurs to the electric activity of cardiac muscle.
