【Abstract】 Based on the concept of elastic potential energy density 12 σ ij ε ij , a gene ralized variational principle for plate of three displacements is established by linear lagrange multiplier method. And then, a new generalized hybrid mixed finite element mode has been built up on a modified form of the principle. Numerical examples demonstrate that the element has many advantayes such as high precision, favorable convergence behavior, free from spurious kinematic mode and do not exhibit locking phenomenon in thin plate limit etc.更多还原
