聚丙烯腈基碳纤维预氧化过程中环构化机理
INVESTIGATION ON THE MECHANISM OF CYCLIZATION DURING PRE-OXIDATION OF PANBASED CARBON FIBER
【摘要】 分析对比了全同立构聚丙烯腈及聚丙烯腈原丝的红外光谱及二者的红外光谱在预氧化过程中的变化,首次从微观主体结构的层次上解释了环构化反应的机理,阐明了大分子构象反转是环构化反应的控制步骤,说明了聚丙烯腈原丝的环构化是一个慢速构象反转快速环化脱氢的过程。进一步说明了环构化反应带来的超分子结构上的变化,及其对最终碳纤维质量的影响.
【Abstract】 This paper is concerned with the infrared spectra and their changes during pre-oxidation of stereoregular polyacrylonitrile and polyacrylonitrile(PAN) precursor. The mechanism of cyclization is initiatively explained in terms of its micro-stereostructural level. It is clarified that reverse turn of conformation in a molecule with high molecular weight is a controlling step during cyclization, this indicates that the cyclization of PAN precursor is a slow reverse turn of conformation and cyclization with dehydrogenanon. Furthermore, the conformation change in a supermolecular and its effect on the final quality of carbon fiber are explicated.
