【Abstract】 The article reported the changes of electrocorticogram in 20 cases with stubborn epilepsy during the craniotomy of excising epileptogenic foci. In the operation,the record of electrocorticogram can be contributory to orientate the fcci and define the range of the foci and avoiding the injury of main function areas.更多还原
