脑出血体感诱发电位与CT的对照分析

【摘要】 本文通过28例壳核出血、24例丘脑出血的SEP与CT检查,结合感觉运动障碍,分析了SEP异常与血肿的相关性。观察到壳核出血SEP异常愈明显血肿对内囊损害愈重,且运动麻痹程度也愈重;丘脑出血SEP异常愈明显血肿对丘脑腹外侧核损害愈重,且感觉障碍程度也愈重。表明SEP是判定脑出血功能损害的良好客观指标。

【Abstract】 We compared the SEP and CT findings of 28 cases of patient with putamen hemorrhage and 24 cases of patient with thalamus hemorrhage. We also studied the severity of their sensory and motor disturbaces, then we analysed the correlation between the hematoma and the abnormal SEP . We found that the more hemorrhage in the putamen and the more abnormal changes of SEP, the more sever damage to the internal capsule by the hematoma and the more severe the paralysis; the more hemorrhage in the thalamus and the more abnormal changes of SEP, the more severe damage to the internal capsule and/or the ventral lateral nuclei of the thalamus and the more severe sensory disturbance. The above study illustrate that SEP is an objective standard of assessing the functional damage of the thalamus.
