CaO-A12O3-SiO2系统玻璃分相形貌随热处理温度变化的定量描述
QUANTITATIVE DESCRIPTION OF THE MORPHOLOGY CHANGE OF PHASE SEPARATION WITE HEAT-TREATMENT TEMPERATATURE IN THE CaO-Al2O3-SiO2 SYSTEM GLASS
【摘要】 选择不同分相趋势的CaO-Al2O3-SiO2系统玻璃,利用体视学参数描述了其分相形貌随热处理温度的变化。发现随热处理温度升高,富SiO2分相液滴的等效直径D增大;单位体积内液滴数目Nv减少;液滴的形状因子基本不变(λ≈0.9);但是体积分数Vv有最大值出现。
【Abstract】 The variation of the morphology of phase separation with heat-treatment temperature at a given time is described by stereology parameters. Glasses with different tendencies to phase separation are selected in the system CaO-Al2O3-SiO2. It is shown that with in- creasing temperature, the equivalent circle diameter (D) of SiO2-rich droplets increases; the number of the droplets per unit volume (Nv) decreases; the shape factor (λ) remains the same (≈0.9); but the volume fraction (Vv) has a maximum.
