运动前后运动神经传导速度与体温、心率变化的相关分析

【摘要】 运动对神经传导速度的影响尚不十分清楚。本文观察了运动前后青年人胫神经MCV、体温、心率的变化,结果表明,一定运动后平均口温升高0.45℃,平均胫神经MCV增快5.11m/s,这与环境温度、体表温度对神经传导速度的影响有明显差异。应用多元回归方程分析发现,胫神经MCV变化与体内温度变化相关(r=0.4218,P<0.05),与心率变化无相关(r=0.0404,P>0.05)。运动引起运动神经传导速度增快,可能与运动本身及体温升高引起机体一些生理变化有关,它具有一定理论和应用价值。

【Abstract】 Up till now the influence of movement on nerve conduction velocity is not well -known. The authors of this paper have observed the changes in motor nerve conduction velocity of libial nerve,body temperature,and heart rate before and after body movement. The findings have shown that the average mouth temperature has risen by 0. 45℃,the average tibial nerve motor nerve conduction velocity by 5. 11m/s after certain amount of movement, which is of obvious difference in comparison with the influence of circumslance temperature and body temperature on nerve conduction velocity. The authors have found out through the analysis with the multiple regression method that there is relationship between the changes in flbial motor nerve conduction velocity and the body temperature (r = 0. 1218.P<0. 05) and no relationship with the changes of heart rale (r = 0. 0101.P>0. 05). Movement leads to the increasing of the motor nerve conduction velocity, which may be of some relationship with physiological changes caused by movement itself and the rising of body temperature. So it is of certain theoretical and practical value.
