多糖微量元素络合物添加剂在肉鸡的试用效果研究
RESEARCH ON EXPERIMENTAL UTILIZATION EFFECT OF POLYSACCHRIDE TRACE ELEMENTS COMPLEX ADDITIVE IN BROILERS
【摘要】 以含Fe、Cu、Zn、Mn等量的无机微量元素(Ⅱ组)、复合氨基酸微量元素螯合物(Ⅲ组)和自制多糖微量元素络合物(Ⅳ组)分别添加于相同的基础日粮中试喂肉鸡。结果表明:Fe、Zn、Mn的吸收利用率以Ⅳ组最高,Ⅱ组最低,而Cu的吸收利用率却与之相反,Ⅳ组与Ⅱ组间差异显著(P<0.05)。肉鸡生长率以Ⅳ组最高,与Ⅱ组差异极显著(P<0.01)。料重比Ⅳ组最低,与Ⅱ组差异显著(P<0.05)。Ⅳ组与Ⅲ组间吸收利用率、生长率、料重比差异均不显著(P>0.05)。各组鸡肝、肾、肌肉中这四种微量元素含量均无显著差异(P>0.05),都合符FDA卫生标准。饲用经济效益,Ⅳ组分别比Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组提高20.22%和3.87%。
【Abstract】 The same quantity of Iron, Cupper ,Zinc and Manganese in inorganic trace element (2nd group) ,amino acide chelate (3rd group) ,and polysaccharide complex(4th group) were applied respectively to the same basic ration for feed broilers. As a result the absorptivity and utilization rate were the highest in the 4th group,but they were the lowest in the 2nd group. However, the utilization of Cupper was decreased in organic group than that of inorganic group ,and its difference is remarkable (P<0. 05). The growth rate of broilers of the 4th group was the highest,compared with that of the 2nd group,its difference is most remarkable (P<0. 01). The ratio of weight to feed was the lowest in the 4th group ,the difference of the ratio with the 2nd group is remarkable (P<0. 05). Comparing the 3rd group with the 4th group ,their difference in absorptivity and utilization rate,growth rate ,and ratio of weight to feed was not remarkable(P>0. 05). The quantity of this four trace elements in liver ,kidney, muscle of each group broilers were not remarkably different and all of them accorded with the healthy standard of FDA.
