金冠苹果果实生长发育过程中理化性状变化及各性状间相关性的研究
STUDIES ON CORRELATION OF PHYSICAL AND CHEMIAL TRAITS OF APPLE GOLDEN DELICIOUS DURING ITS FRUIT DEVELOPMENT
【摘要】 研究结果表明,金冠苹果(maluspumilamill)在该生态环境下,其果实膨大期约75天。在果实生长发育过程中,其体积、重量、可溶性固形物(TSS)、总糖变化与果实发育过程呈极显著正相关,而有机酸、呼吸强度变化则皆呈极显著负相关。在果实内含物一些性状间,其重量与体积、TSS、总糖,体积与TSS、总糖,呼吸强度与酸、Vc,TSS与总糖,酸与Vc分别呈极显著正相关。而重量、体积与呼吸强度、酸,呼吸强度与总糖,TSS与酸,酸与总糖也分别呈极显著负相关。果重与体积、TSS、总糖、酸、呼吸强度,TSS与体积、总糖、酸、呼吸强度,总糖与体积、酸、呼吸强度皆分别呈直线相关。
【Abstract】 The results showed that the e fruit expanding period of Apple Golden Delicious was for about 75 days in the ecological environment.During this period, the fruit volume, weight, total soluble solids (TSS),total sugars had highly positive correlation with development days, While tatal acids,respiration intensity (RI)had highly negative correlation with development days.There also existed highly positive correlation between fruit volume and weight, fruit volume and TSS,TSS and total sugars,RI and Total acids,RI and ascorbic acid,total acids and ascorbic acid,respectively,while highly negative correlation existed between fruit weight and RI,fruit weight and total acids,RI and total sugars,TSS and total acids,total sugars and total acids,respectively.Linear regression also existed among fruit weight and volume,TSS.total sugars,total acids, RI; TSS and fruit volume, total sugars, total acids, RI; total sugar and fruit volume,total acids,RI,respectively.
