【摘要】 用FSH、LH、PMSG、HCG对40只山羊进行超数排卵处理，平均每只排卵21．5枚，回收11．5枚胚胎。超数排卵和卵子回收数，FSH分别为24和14枚，PMSG为19和9枚。将正常的30枚1细胞，12枚2细胞和45枚4细胞胚胎在TCM──199培养液，5％CO2和38．5℃环境中培养60－78小时，65．23％的胚胎可发育至囊胚，移植6只受体羊。妊娠检查已孕3只。更多还原

【Abstract】 With PMSG, HCG, FSH and LH respectively 40 does (4treatment groups)were treated to superovulate. Among 21, 5 eggs a doe ovulated overagely 11. 5 embryos were collected. The numbers of superovulated eggs and recovery embryos were 19 and 9 individually of PMSG treatment group 24 and 14 separatelly of FSH treatment group. Normal embryos being cultured in vitro for 60 to 78hr at 38. 5℃ in TCM-199 witb 5% COa including 3G one-cell embryos, 12 twe-cell and 45 fourcell embryos, 65. 23% embryos developed to the blastula stage.
