【摘要】 塘鳢（Ｏｄｏｎｔｏｂｕｔｉｓｏｂｓｃｕｒａ）是淡水小型经济鱼类，江浙沪一带将其视为名菜。为发展特种小水产品，作者于１９９２～１９９５年进行了塘鳢养殖试验工作．取得了人工繁殖、苗种培育及成鱼饲养的成套经验。人工繁殖和苗种培育在２０ｍ２的网箱中进行，鱼卵孵化率和苗种（夏花）成活率分别达到５９．７１％和７１．０３％；成鱼饲养采取池塘混养方式，在２６７ｍ２的池塘中经１７０天养成尾重２０ｇ以上的商品鱼１８．２５ｋｇ，成鱼饲养成活率为６４．５％。更多还原

【Abstract】 Dark sleeper, Odontobutis obscura is a small-sized, commercial freshwater fish species and is regarded as a famous dish in Jiangsu, Zhejiang andShanghai region. To develop special, small aquatic products, the authors conducted rearing experiments on dark sleeper from 1992 to 1995 and a complete experience in artificial propagation, fry and fingerling rearing and adult fish ongrowing were obtained. Artificial propagation and fry rearing were conducted innet cage of 20 m2, and incubation rate and survival rate of fingerling rearingreached 59. 71% and 71. 03% respectively. Adult fish culture was carried outwith pond polyculture methods. 18. 25 kg of marketable fish with a body weightof 20 g/individual were produced from a pond of 267 m2 after 170 days’ of rearing.
