【Abstract】 Pentachlorophenol in urine is hydrolyzed and extracted in acidic medium, purified with sulfuric acid,and derivatizedwith acetic angydride in basic medium. Resulting pentachloropgenol acetate is extracted wlth potroleum ether and then determined byGC-ECD,This method has a high sensitivity,its minimum detected concentration is 0.036μg/1 with 20 mL urine sample.
