溅射时氧氩气体比例对YBCO高T_c超导靶表面成分的影响
Effect of the Composition of O2 and Ar on the Surface Constituents of High To YBCO Superconducting Target During Supttering
【摘要】 本文研究了氧氩气体比例对溅射法制备YBCO高Tc超导薄膜的质量的影响情况,对氧氩气体在1:4和由1:4变为1:7及由1:7变为1:4的情况进行了研究,得到了一些有意义的结果。
【Abstract】 The effect of thd composition of O2 and Ar on the quality of high To YBCO superconducting thin film during the deposition is reported in this paper.
